WNR Properties, LLC was founded in 2012 by Dr. William and Regina Respess with the purchase of 1020 Red Banks Road.

Will and Regina moved their Medical Practice, Foot & Ankle East, to this new location and transformed the building from a large office space into Medical and custom office space for lease.

​

In 2025 Foot & Ankle East moved to a new WNR Properties location at 3282 Charles Blvd. This new location has undergone an extensive remodel to emphasize patient care and efficiency.

As of 2026, Towne Bank is our newest tenant, occupying the former Foot & Ankle East suite.
