WNR Properties, LLC was founded in 2012 by Dr. William and Regina Respess with the purchase of 1020 Red Banks Road.

Will and Regina moved their Medical Practice, Foot & Ankle East, to this new location and transformed the building from a large office space into Medical and custom office space for lease. 

In 2025 Foot & Ankle East moved to a new WNR Properties location at 3282 Charles Blvd.  This new location has undergone an extensive remodel to emphasize patient care and efficiency.  Dogwood Bank will be a new tenant at 1020 Red Banks and will take over the lower level in Summer of 2025.
